Halluminate is an applied AI and data company working with frontier Labs (ex. OpenAI, Anthropic, etc) to train Financial Services Super Intelligence. We do this by building high quality computer and tool-use RL (Reinforcement Learning) gyms to train AI agents that do work across financial services verticals. (ex. excel modeling, powerpoint creation and more in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, etc.)

The company recently graduated from YCombinator (S25) and raised a seed round to scale their team and support growth.

📋 Role Description:

Halluminate is looking to hire a Strategic Projects Lead (focused in Financial Services) to own and lead the development of frontier training gyms for finance verticals. Ideal candidates include former IB/PE analysts or associates with deep interest/expertise in AI/ML fields.

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Helping the team define and prioritize training gym roadmap based on real world IB/PE experiences
• Build end to end systems and processes from scratch to support $MMs in revenue production this year
• Own delivery and quality criteria for data/environments shipped to customers
• Recruit and train our contractor finance staff
• Creating "training materials" for AI systems (ex. modeling exercises, powerpoints, etc.)
• Working with frontier engineering/research teams to implement and deliver training gyms

Necessary Skills Include:

• Experience teaching and giving feedback on modeling/powerpoint/client deliverables
• History of owning end to end deliverables for live deals (ex. modeling, powerpoint, etc)
